Spacious & Accessible Properties
The villa plots are of two sizes. Phase 1 consists of 16 plots starting at 1,000m2 with the capacity to build two-storey luxury estates upwards of 300m2. These villa plots are just off the 9th hole of the golf course, and within easy walking distance of the professional tennis complex. Phase 2 will consist of 15 plots beginning at 750m2, upon which owners can build two-storey luxury villas of more than 300m2. All the plots have ample room for gardens and private swimming pools.

Owners are free to construct the beautiful homes of their dreams, managing the design and construction process themselves, but they must respect certain architectural guidelines established to maintain the overall quality and aesthetic harmony of the Abama Resort. Access to the resort architects can be facilitated upon request.

This exclusive community benefits from 24-hour security, and it is possible to contract property management services for your luxury estate, including housekeeping, washing, gardening, pool maintenance and catering.
