With the objective of enriching the lives of our Tenerife residents, Abama Luxury Residences has developed a series of owner experiences that are both personalised and curated. They form part of our yearly calendar of activities and events that take place within and outside of the resort.
We hope all our owners will take the opportunity to enjoy these exclusive events that allow small groups of people to get to know one another and learn more about the lifestyle and history of Tenerife.
Intro to Diving

The Franja Marina Teno-Rasca, the strip of the Atlantic between the southwest coast of Tenerife and the island of La Gomera, is a place of extraordinary biodiversity and one of the top cetacean habitats on Earth.
If you’ve always wanted to explore the depths but weren’t sure how to begin, this is your chance!
Join us on November 7th for an introduction to diving, taught by professionals in the neighboring town of Playa San Juan. The class will include diving safety and equipment use, as well as practical instruction in the water at Playa San Juan beach. Each group of 2-3 people will have its own instructor.
After the class ends we’ll walk over to Agua y Sal restaurant for a seafood lunch, included in the price of the event. VIP transport from and back to Abama is also included.
The only requirements are that participants be a minimum of 10 years old and complete a health questionnaire.

Lunch Menu
07 November 2024 13:15hParticipating owners will have a lunch included at Playa San Juan’s Agua y Sal restaurant:
- Fried seafood tapas including squid and fish
- Mussels in Marinara sauce
- Spaghetti Marinara or Seafood rice stew
- A variety of desserts
- Water
- 2 beers, 2 soft drinks, or 1 glass of house wine per person
The dishes will all be served family-style and shared between the guests.
Event Information & Cancellation Policy
06 September 2024The price of the event, per person, is €160 (IGIC tax included). When you click to register, you will be brought to our payment and registration platform.
The event has a minimum and maximum capacity, and it will be cancelled if we do not reach the minimum number of attendees by the 12th of October, 2024. In the case of a cancellation for that reason, the full payment will be reimbursed to the original purchaser.
