Kabuki

Decorated in a stylishly minimalist colour palette of red and black, Kabuki is overseen by the Spanish chef Ricardo Sanz, whose restaurants in Madrid, Kabuki and Kabuki Wellington are considered as the best Japanese restaurants in Europe, both holding a Michelin Star. Ricardo is justly famous for his clever fusion of traditional Japanese influences and modern Western culinary techniques, as well as for his carefully sourced ingredients. Kabuki’s beautifully prepared sushi, sashimi and tempura dishes make highly imaginative use of Canary Island ingredients such as locally caught bluefish, along with exotic specialities such as Wagyu Kobe beef.
