To organize a transfer we need the following details:

• Flight dates, times of arrival and departure, flight number and which airport.
• Amount of luggage.
• Amount of adults and children (ages to provide the baby seats or boosters).
• Pick up time from the hotel to the airport:

Pick up time TFS: 2 hours before flight time, includes the 25 min. journey.

Pick up time TFN: 3 hours before flight time, includes the 1 hour journey.

 

Conditions:

·         Rates do not include 5% TAX.

·         Children are considered as adults. Baby seats and boosters are included.

·         Golf bags are considered as suitcases.

·         Guests will be met outside luggage retrieval area (ABAMA sign with the name of the guest). Maximum waiting time: 1 hour.

 

Cancellation policy:

·         No show: 100 % of the total amount.

·         48 hours or more in advance: no charges.

·         24 hours in advance: 50 % of the total amount.

·         12 hours in advance: 75 % of the total amount.
